This is the Sony PlayStation 1 PS1 Development Kit DevKit Gray Controller SCPH-1010 OEM. It was made to connect directly to DevKit similar to the DTL-H2000. They also made controller adaptors, Sony DTL-H2080, so that you could use standard PS1 controllers to connect to the DevKit. An unofficial name for this item would be the Sony DTL-H Controller.
