Terms of Service

 Shipping Policy - Domestic:

• I typically ship out items next business day.
• All packages will include a tracking number. USPS will typically be used.
• Credit Cards and/or Crypto payments will be accepted. Charged in USD.
• Items will be shipped from California USA. 
• All purchased items will be properly packaged. I want to make sure you receive your item undamaged.
• I will not ship any prohibited or illegal items.

Shipping Policy - International:

• I typically ship out items next business day.
• All packages will include a tracking number. USPS or UPS will be used. Insurance is optional for an additional charge. The buyer assumes all risks for international shipments.
• Custom fees will be paid by the buyer, typically on pick up of item. UPS does offer payments of customs fee before shipment is sent.
• All international shipping must be paid in Crypto. Charged in USD. No credit card payments will be accepted on international shipments.
• Items will be shipped from California USA.
• Shipping to all countries except where prohibited by law.
• All purchased items will be properly packaged. I want to make sure you receive your item undamaged.
• I will NOT ship any prohibited or illegal items. List of prohibited items by Country.
• Please send me the link of the item you are interested in and I will send you details.

Refund & Return Policy:

• Returns will be accepted 30 days from when you purchased an item.
• You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
• If it's a tangible physical item, you must return the item the say way that it was delivered to you.
• If it was new sealed, then it must be in that condition when returned. 
• If it was in working order, then it must be returned in working order.
• If the item is not in the same condition, then we can offer a partial refund. Please contact me before you return the item.
• The item must be delivered to me before I will issue a refund.
• There may be a restocking fee.
• Crypto payments can be refunded but crypto fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

• You can cancel the order as long as the item has not shipped yet.
• If the item is shipped, then you must have to wait to receive the item and then mail it back to me. It must also met our "Refund & Return Policy" requirements.

• Credit card payments will be done through Stripe. 
• Please visit Stripe Shop Terms of Use. Be advised that they do collect some of your data.
